Our Laurel units consist of studio, one and two bedroom styles. There are several two bedroom units with walk-in closets. The kitchens are styled with a craftsman in mind: classic and timeless with granite counter tops. The honey recessed panel cabinets with oil rubbed bronze door and drawer hardware will catch your eye. The raised counter bar for serving friends hors d'oeuvres and sweets will impress all who visit. Many of our Laurel units are located on the second floor, which offers beautiful views of Westview Commons landscaping and the convenience of an elevator to access dining and activities on the first floor.

Our Ledgewood units feature both one and two bedroom layouts. Several of the two bedroom units offer an additional large walk-in closet and easy step-in wide showers with safety bars. Many of our Ledgewood units are also designed for full handicap accessibility. The kitchens are reminiscent of a New England home with solid wood cabinetry in a deep sable brown with rich gold marbled granite counters. The black glass flat top two burner stoves complete the sophisticated look. At Westview Commons all residents control their own heat and air conditioning and the emergency response system for your safety and security are state-of-the-art.

Our Evergreen one and two bedroom units feature specialty finishes such as roll-in ceramic tile showers, walk-out patio doors and an additional window in the end units. The kitchens are styled with traditional painted wood cabinets with soft close doors and drawers and a rich granite top that brings all the warm, welcoming colors of the apartment together. Vaulted ceilings and spacious bedrooms are finished with soft beige carpets that will blend and balance your own furnishings, making for a smooth transition to your new home. Details such as coordinated pendant lights and wall sconces have been thoughtfully added for an upscale finish.
